It’s time I get real, not only with you guys but myself too! Over the last few years I have struggled immensely with how I look and feel. After gaining a few pounds I have really seen myself lose not only confidence, but self love and happiness. Anyone who has gained weight will know the feeling when you just can’t look in the mirror and love what you see any more. You struggle getting dressed, buying new clothes, being in pictures and even being in public.
I knew it was time I actually got serious about losing a few pounds when I realized how unhappy I was with the way I look! I don’t love fashion the way I use to, I’m always trying to cover up and I’m just plain unhappy!
When I looked the other day and saw we have less than four months till we leave for Bali, I knew it was the perfect push to get me on the bandwagon! I can not go to Bali feeling the way I do now… I don’t feel comfortable in clothes let alone a bikini, I will be miserable! This trip of a lifetime can not be wrecked because I feel uncomfortable and fat!
So my plan is to lose fifteen pounds in four months! It will be hard but so worth it! I am going to cut back my eating, start getting my lazy butt off the couch, and stay committed even when I really want that ice-cream! I know that if I put my mind to it and try my hardest, I will get there!
By taking this journey with you guys i’m hoping it will be a bit easier and hold me accountable! I will no longer be able to just say oh next Monday ill start my diet….it’s starting now!
