Happy October everyone! This month’s Weight Loss update is a little on the depressing side… I started the month out with really good intentions. I watched what I ate, did some workout videos, and then fell right off the wagon… I started to eat whatever, whenever, and we all know that doesn’t work when trying to lose weight.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: -7LBS
Well.. this month I only lost 2 pounds. Not really my proudest moment but it is better than nothing. I know exactly where I went wrong. I started not caring about what I eat or watching my portions. We also stopped planning out our meals. We ended up just grabbing quick alternatives like pizza. I can’t have pizza when I am trying to lose weight because I don’t have the self control just have one piece… really who does!?
Last month I talked about making a workout plan and focusing a lot on that… I actually never got around to doing that either. So not only did I suck at losing weight but I didn’t get my goal accomplished either! Maybe I need to just move on and not talk about September!
Last month was an eyeopening experience! I definitely can’t have another month like that… We only have two months left till we leave to Bali! That means the grind is on! I now know what I can’t do and what doesn’t work for me!
October is going to be fresh start and all about me trying to get back to my proper eating! I am hoping to lose another five pounds. This would bring me to a total of 12 pounds lost! I am going to also start focusing on trying to fit some exercise in there! I can’t have another month that sucks!
